Dr.Dt.Gökhan Saygılı’nın yapmış olduğu yayınlar aşağıda verildiği gibi sıralanmıştır (poster, vaka sunumu, katılım hariç). 2016 yılında tüm dünyadaki akademisyenlerin sıralandığı expertscape sitesinde en çok yayın yapan endodontistler arasında Türkiye’de ilk 15’e Dünyada ilk 120’ye girmiştir.
